We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Scalinata Di Spagna, we loved the location of this hotel is was easy to travel around rome. The staff was very engaging and always helpful. We would definately would return to this historical hotel.

The wonderful position in the city, right on top of Spanish Steps. There is no comparison to that.
The noise of the personnel from 8.30 in the morning, every morning.

What a really good stay, no complaints whatsoever. Charming little place with a convenient and top location. More than adequate and extensive breakfast, especially cereals, pastries, yogurt and eggs. What a genuinely helpful stuff.

I Like in this hotel Service and breakfast was good and cleaning too, the location is very good it's top of the Spanish steps And it's very close to the metro station And the staff are friendly .
There is no kettle for making tea and also We faced a problem in our last day was a public elevator does not work that's day! And taxi drivers on strike also there is no way to move exept sub ways!! so we had to be going down from Spanish steps by walk with our luggage until we get to the Metro station and this was very very tired.

We had the double room which was classically decorated and contemporary with queen bed. Excellent and particularly good location to attractions like a vibrant and elegant square, that was minutes away from the hotel. The airport was 27 minutes drive from the place.

The room was lovely and comfortable, with an amazing view from the top floor. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful!! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious....the location at the top of the Spanish Steps is perfect! I thought it might be noisy because of the location, but it was silent with the double windows...so peaceful! I would love to go back again.

Family with kids will love it!
We had this corner room, right on the terrace! My boys enjoyed it so much, they wanted to stay up late just to watch people in the piazza below. The breakfast was excellent, every morning they had tons of pastries and fresh fruit, and the staff would remember our coffee orders!
It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got, it was worth every cent.

The hotel is well located at the top of the Spanish Steps. The rooms are rather small but nicely decorated. The breakfast offers many choices and is quickly replenished. The staff is agreeable and helpful.
